Full Time or Part Time – 1st Shift and/or 2nd Shift
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production team in our fast-paced kitchens. At DeBrand we want to work with individuals who are self-motivated, willing to learn, think and care, not only about the products we provide, but also the customers we serve and the employees we work alongside.
Job duties and qualifications would include but are not limited to:
- Work quickly and efficiently with their hands
- Work well on their own or in a group on a production line
- Package chocolates in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working on their feet all day
- Be willing to rotate into other departments as needed, such as the Retail Shops, Mail Order or Warehouse Departments
- Be dedicated to thinking and caring about what they are doing each and every day
- Want to have fun and challenge themselves and those around them
- Take pride in making delicious, gourmet chocolates
