One (1) prize winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
DeBrand Fine Chocolates reserves the right to substitute products or sizes.
Entries will only be received from within the continental Untied States.
Entrants further grant to DeBrand Fine Chocolates the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for DeBrand Fine Chocolates and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless DeBrand Fine Chocolates , its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletters and direct mail/catalog list at any time. No responsibility is assumed by DeBrand Fine Chocolates for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. DeBrand Fine Chocolates is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by DeBrand Fine Chocolates users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a player's ability to participate in the Contest.
