Currently Seeking
2nd Shift Machine Operator
Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Machine Operation / Setup
o Should have a good understating of working with production machinery.
o Should be able to work with touch screen HMI (Human/Machine Interface)
o Should be able to take a logical approach to making appropriate machine adjustments to achieve
the desired results
o Must be able to work with basic tools to do machine tear down / cleaning / setup
• Basic leadership skills
o The machine operator will be responsible for the pace of the line production
• Quality conscious
o DeBrand produces only the finest gourmet chocolate products and each piece of chocolate must
meet the highest standards
• Ability to maximize efficiencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and multitask
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Strong leadership skills
o Demonstrate a calm demeanor during high production times and set a positive example
for those working with you.
o Provide coaching and direction to the kitchen staff to take action and to achieve operational goals.
o Lead with integrity, honesty and knowledge that will help build a strong team atmosphere
o Lead by example; roll up their sleeves and help meet production goals
• Quality conscious
o DeBrand produces only the finest gourmet chocolate products and each piece of chocolate must
meet the highest standards
• Ability to maximize efficiencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and multitask
• Set up schedules for the various workstations
• Learn each operation in order to adequately train and coach staff

Shop / Kitchen / Mail Order
We are looking for friendly, sharp individuals; people who can learn about and sell our chocolates, assemble our ‘made from scratch’ desserts and make various espresso drinks. If you would like to work in a first-class environment with quality people and a well regarded product, DeBrand may be the place for you. Our Kitchen requires people who work well quickly and efficiently with their hands. Our thriving Mail Order Dept. also needs customer-service oriented workers with computer skills, phone skills, and the ability and desire to package shipping products, while working in a strong team atmosphere.
Management
We are looking for top-notch, dedicated people to manage or assist in our chocolate shops, kitchen as well as our mail order dept. Administrative Assistant
Strong computer knowledge as well as office administrative background is required. Customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a strong team-oriented atmosphere are crucial. Additional responsibilities in the chocolate shop, kitchen and mail order dept. are often necessary.
