Upon traveling to Ft. Wayne on business, I was peppered with stories about the best chocolate found anywhere. Always the skeptic, I took the remarks with a grain of salt and thought that it was just local pride. On a whim, I went to the Coldwater Road store and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. My first thought as I looked around was that of G*****, but upon tasting the Dark Chocolate Raspberries “N” Cream sample I was given, all comparison stopped. This was, hands down, the best chocolate I have ever tasted! I intend on stopping by every time I am in Ft. Wayne. Everyone I know is going to hear me talk about this chocolate, but it has to be tasted to be believed. Words can't describe the little bit of heaven captured in each chocolate miracle. When I first came to Florida as an international college student, I never knew DeBrand until my roommate was kind enough to share some of what he had. I have been a lover of caramel apples for as long as I can remember. I am always in search of good ones. I have never had a more enjoyable experience than when I first saw, then sliced, and especially bit into my caramel apple by DeBrand. It was the perfect blend of tart and sweet. A definite must if you've been in the doghouse for a while or spent too much time with the guys. Watching her get this in the mail and open the top of the truffle box is well worth any money spent. My husband, Chuck, and I love your Connoisseur Collection very much. When Chuck gave me the chocolate as a Christmas gift last winter, we ended up sharing each

I can't begin to tell you how much chocolate comes into us for evaluation - I'd guess conservatively at 100 lbs. a year and much of it is good. Your mashmallows, though, were show stoppers. People left their desks to try them and then made the right kind of noises while eating them.
